Unit was in a great location - had all the items we needed and was very clean. Didn't realize the beaches are now treated as non-public - A change we found disturbing. Not fans of the management charging non-refundable damage waivers.

Not up to par!

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean from both the sliding glass door and the bedroom. The condo is very convenient to the beach access shower and stairs. Unfortunately, the praise ends there. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Basic items like a large skillet and scissors were missing. A Keurig coffee maker would have been nice. The utensils were dirty when we arrived. One bowl had mold in it! This is unacceptable- especially for the amount of $ this unit cost us! The washer was horrible! Could not get it to ever fill but just a small amount of water in it. That meant, we could only wash a very small load (like 1 towel). Very inconvenient. The master bath shower is in poor condition . The grout is in very bad condition. Needs to be renovated badly!

The Condo was wonderful. It had everything that we needed. We just loved to sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll on in. Codo was clean and property was safe.

Great Location

I love being so close to the beach. Unit 6 needs TLC. There are many things like mold on the shower curtains, scuffed-up walls and doors, no towel hanger on the back of bathroom doors, shower handrail missing, shower heads leaking (both), old decor (couch pillows, artwork, etc.)

Pictures of this rental unit on the website are misleading

The location is great, right on the beach as advertised however, the website pictures of this unit are not true. The pictures show a very nice brown leather couch that looks comfortable. When we search for places to stay we make decisions on what we see and the way the unit was furnished played into us making this decision to rent this unit. When we got to the place, our code did not work, so we called management and they were helpful in providing another code. When we opened the door to the unit, the fist thing I said to my wife is that this is not the unit we saw on their website. The brown leather couch that we thought was there turned into a raggedy old dirty cloth couch that was sunken and felt like we were literally sitting on the floor. What a shock to us. MANAGEMENT CO, please require the owners to put "up to date factual pictures" on your website. It looks bad on YOU! I will always remember to be leary of BENCHMARK properties because of this experience. We basically spent our inside time in the bedroom so we could be somewhat comfortable. The master bathroom shower in this unit had a verrrryyy slow drain. Just a little liquid plummer would have done the job. The view was good but again the unit was old. Don't think we will stay at Beachside again as this is the second time we had a poor experience with this property. Don't want to get into the 1st experience but, trust me it was BAD!!. Be careful.
